2. Service Description

One PDF Editor provides online PDF editing, merging, splitting, and conversion tools. Most tools (merge, split, images-to-pdf) process files entirely in your browser with no server uploads. The PDF editor tool may upload files to our server for processing, which are automatically deleted after 2 hours.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not upload malicious files or attempt to harm our systems
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or extract our source code
• Not use automated tools to access our services in ways that could harm performance
• Respect intellectual property rights of all content you process

4. Privacy and Data

For client-side tools (merge, split, images-to-pdf), files are processed entirely in your browser and never uploaded to our servers. For the PDF editor, files uploaded to our servers are stored in a temporary folder and automatically deleted after 2 hours. We do not access, view, or store your files. 5. Limitation of Liability

One PDF Editor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, damages, or issues arising from the use of our services. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important documents.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of One PDF Editor are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you process through our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
